Celebrity Australian chef Johnathon Curtis, AQUATICA’s owner, created the restaurant’s menu. The source of inspiration was the recognized classics of bourgeois cuisine of the New World. Each dish combines the chef's rich gastronomic experience accumulated over years of work in the best restaurants from Sydney to Paris.

EXQUISITE INTERIOR
The calm interior in the spirit of classic European projects is complemented by details. Weightless Bezhko lamps made of wire and diodes resemble constellations. Relief panels made of Ornamita decorative steel emphasize the beauty of the bar counter made of Greek marble Verde Alpi created by PETRA Company: reflected patterns on the stone resemble silhouettes of sea creatures. Rounded tabletops made of light marble Delo design a la Bauhaus school and comfortable chairs from the TOK-mebel factory (St. Petersburg), made entirely of Russian materials, attract attention.
